The master bedroom is separated from the second bedroom each bedroom has its own full bathroom. This corner unit villa has a spacious living, dining, and open kitchen area in the middle. Immaculate newly refurnished, warm Koa wood design condo, with luxurious bedding, pristine furnishings, and fully equipped top of the line kitchen and electronics. The Bathroom has a shower unit only which makes it very easy for our elderly guests to get it and out. There are many shops and two restaurants on-site, including Kuai Market for consumables.Īlso, there are many restaurants, such as Red Lobster, Steakhouse, Outback Restaurant, Charthouse & Wailana 24 hour restaurant, Starbucks, McDonalds, Thai Restaurant, Indian Restaurant, coffee shops, mini marts within a block of the condo. The apartment is conveniently located and is close to all major points, such as the Ala Moana Shopping Centre, one of the largest shopping malls in the state, is a 15 minute walk. For $2.50 the bus will take you all around the Island. The bus stop is right in front of the building and so are the taxis. No need to rent a car here, You are close to everything.

Also, for your enjoyment, there is a large lobby on the main floor where our guests can wind down or read a book or just visit friends. This condo also features a large tiled lanai with tables and chairs with the views of the city and mountains. This is also a wonderful place to watch the Friday night Fireworks or order some food and drinks from Cinnamons Restaurant which is onsite. The large, open patio by the Ocean is a great place to relax. The courtyard features beautiful mature trees & scrubs. When we renovated the condo a few years ago, we removed the dividing wall between the living room and bedroom to give the condo and open feel because 95% of our guests are couples. The Sofa Bed in the living room is ideal for kids. The End table shelves are full of books for guests to enjoy. The condo has a king size bed with a new pillow top mattress and is complete with Head board and foot board with End Tables on each side of the bed with a reading lamp on each one. This condo can accommodate up to 4 guests and is idle for 2 adults and two children. Yet it is priced the same as a hotel room. There is 500 Sq foot of space and 120 Feet of Lanai. This condo is NOT the size of a small Hotel room. In the evening, grab yourself a glass of wine and sit on our lanai, enjoy the wonderful City & mountain views of Honolulu and Waikiki and watch the Rainbows on the mountains. There are a many wonderful restaurants less than a block away, but you also the option of eating in if you prefer.
